The project was to undertake 35km of unpaved A roads including culverts and crossings
¨ Approx. 525 Ha of land bush cleared for a width of 15m
¨ Approx. 150,000 cu.m of earth excavated
¨ Approx. 200 cu.m of imported fill
¨ Approx 300 cu.m of concrete placed
We set up a quality control lab to undertake
¨ Concrete cube fabrication and curing
¨ Backfill moisture content tests
¨ CBR compaction tests
Centurion was responsible for all line and level controls derived from the clients Moss data.
This work was undertaken using both GPS equipment and optical survey equipment including total stations and optical levels
