Our scope was to undertake
¨ Design and build 500 man site camp and clinic
¨ Design and build two 30m x 40m warehouse structures
¨ Design and install all services including power, water, HVAC
¨ External landscaping
The project was to design and build welfare and accommodation facilities for 500 expatriate workers and ISGEC’s campsite for the Makeni Ethanol and Power Project in Mabilafu.
The construction was phased over 10 months to upscale the facilities to suit the Client’s work schedule and cash flow restraints. This made it critical that each phase was delivered on time and within budget.

¨ 3 different accommodation classes for workers, supervisors and managers
