Our scope was to undertake
¨ Design and build 500 man site camp and clinic
¨ Design and build two 30m x 40m warehouse structures
¨ Design and install all services including power, water, HVAC
¨ External landscaping
The project was to design and build welfare and accommodation facilities for 350 expatriate workers and CSL’s campsite for the Makeni Ethanol and
The construction was phased over 7 months to upscale the facilities to suit the Client’s work schedule and cash flow restraints. This made it critical that each phase was delivered on time and within budget.
The camp included

¨ Workers mess
¨ 3 different accommodation classes for workers, supervisors and managers
