Issa Kamara

Issa Kamara is a seasoned civil engineer and project manager with over 20 years of experience in project controls and the management of infrastructure projects from conception through delivery to handover. His extensive experience spans across Sierra Leone and several other African countries. Issa has played pivotal roles in esteemed projects such as the Bumbuna Hydro Power Station and Addax’s Makeni Ethanol & Power Project. Issa possesses significant and diverse expertise in reinforced concrete works and civil infrastructure projects, including tunnels, warehouses, and commercial buildings exceeding 10,000 square meters.
