QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

Centurion Engineering Limited is committed to dependable construction and project-management services that conform to agreed requirements, enhance customer satisfaction and support sustainable business performance.

Our Quality Management System applies at the Head Office in Freetown and at every project site and operational location in Sierra Leone under CEL’s control. It supports the management, planning, procurement, execution, supervision, inspection, testing and delivery of road and civil infrastructure works, earthworks, drainage, reinforced concrete and masonry works, building construction, associated MEP installations, project management and site supervision.

Our Commitments

  • Customer and requirements: Understand and satisfy applicable customer, statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements and protect confidence in CEL’s services.
  • Conforming delivery: Plan and control work so that approved specifications, drawings, acceptance criteria, inspections, tests, release and handover requirements are achieved.
  • Objectives and evidence: Establish measurable quality objectives aligned with CEL’s strategic direction, monitor results and use reliable evidence for decisions.
  • Risks and opportunities: Address risks and opportunities affecting conformity, customer satisfaction and QMS results, including relevant climate-related conditions and stakeholder requirements.
  • People and resources: Provide competent people, appropriate infrastructure, organisational knowledge and valid monitoring and measuring resources.
  • External providers: Select, communicate with, monitor and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors according to the risk and importance of their work.
  • Improvement: Encourage reporting of quality concerns, control nonconforming outputs, remove causes of recurrence and continually improve the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the QMS.

The Managing Director and senior management provide leadership, resources and accountability for this policy. The policy is appropriate to CEL’s purpose and context, supports its strategic direction and provides the framework for setting and reviewing quality objectives. It is maintained as controlled documented information, communicated and explained to employees and relevant subcontractors, displayed or made accessible at CEL premises and active sites, and made available to relevant interested parties.

Everyone working for or on behalf of CEL is responsible for following approved requirements, protecting objective evidence, reporting deviations promptly and contributing to customer satisfaction and improvement.

This policy is reviewed at least annually and sooner when CEL’s context, strategic direction, scope, relevant requirements or applicable standards materially change.
